The mixed flow device comprises a cold fluid inlet (1), a hot fluid inducting pipe (2), a rotational flow device (3), a water collector (4), a water draining mouthpiece (5), a fluid outlet (6) and a mixed cavity casing (7), wherein the cold fluid inlet (1) is formed in one end of the mixed cavity casing (7), the hot fluid inducting pipe (2) is arranged at the downstream position of the cold fluid inlet (1) and extends to the inner part of the mixed cavity casing (7), the rotational flow device (3) is arranged at the middle part of the mixed cavity casing (7), the fluid outlet (6) is formed in the other end of the mixed cavity casing (7), and the water collector (4) and the water draining mouthpiece (5) are arranged at upstream positions near the fluid outlet (6).
