Abstract

The present invention discloses a radar seeker part fault detection system and method. The system comprises a power supply subsystem, a master control and processing subsystem and a load subsystem which are connected with detected parts. The power supply subsystem is configured to provide different work voltages for the system; the load subsystem includes a direct current moment motor and an incremental photoelectric encoder and is configured to control the detected parts to complete the work states of three channels consisting of pitching, racemization and orientation through the direct current moment motor and at the same time feedback the signals of the motor through the incremental photoelectric encoder; and the master control and processing subsystem is configured to set the test parameters of the detected parts, obtain the feedback signals of the detected parts and perform analysis and processing of the feedback signals so as to determine whether the detected parts accord with the standard or not.
