Abstract

A fingerprint identification device includes a capacitive touch element, a fingerprint identification element and a controller. The capacitive touch element is used to continuously detect whether there is a touch object touching the fingerprint identification device. The fingerprint recognition element is used for fingerprint recognition. The controller is connected to the fingerprint identification element and the capacitive touch element. When the capacitive touch element detects that a touch object touches the fingerprint identification device, the controller controls the capacitive touch element to stop working and controls the fingerprint identification element to start working.
