The method comprises a rolling plan, including the steps of obtaining a difference value between ultra-short-period power generation demand forecasting of a first time frame and a day-ahead plan; if the difference value is greater than a preset value domain, correcting a unit output value; if the difference value is less than or equal to the preset value domain, obtaining a difference value between the ultra-short-period power generation demand forecasting of the t+1 time frame and the day-ahead plan until the difference value is greater than the preset value domain, and correcting the unit output value, wherein t is an integer greater than 1; obtaining a difference value between the ultra-short-period power generation demand forecasting of the t+2 time frame and the last corrected value; and if the difference value is greater than the preset value domain, correcting the unit output value. According to the scheme, the real-time dispatching and control for the power generation system are realized based on the difference value between the ultra-short-period power generation demand forecasting and the day-ahead plan, so that human intervention is greatly reduced, the working efficiency of dispatchers and the dispatching accuracy are improved, and the problem of low real-time property and low accuracy of the power dispatching in the prior art can be solved.
