Abstract

The method comprises following steps of: interlacing multiple poly-isophthalic acid diamine fibers and multiple other type of fibers to form a body, wherein the other type of fibers are cotton, the weight percentage of the poly-isophthalic acid diamine fibers to the body is 85%, and the weight percentage of the other type of fibers to the body is 15%. Thus, static is completely eliminated in a body interlacing process such that the poly-isophthalic acid diamine fibers and the other type of fibers completely cannot fracture in an interlaced process and a body manufacture yield rate is increased. Further, the body has advantages of high yarn density, good structural strength, and small slits so as to be improved in performance.
