The invention discloses a moisture absorption perspiration fine spinning fabric, which uses wool or wool blended polyester fiber with moisture absorbable and breathable properties to be blended into yarn counts that are interweaved. The yarn counts are 60 to 90. The fabric adopts plain weaves or twill weaves. A production method includes: removing wool surface oil during the pretreatment when wool becomes strips; making blended strips after the top dyeing and the recombing; adding antistatic finishing agent with static and oil resistance, hydrophilicity and durability when spinning with blended strips; adding non-ion wool spinning cold pulp agent when weaving. At last, the post finishing is implemented on grew fabric, successively including: singeing, single boiling, washing, double boiling, water absorbing, drying, adding the moisture absorbable and breathable finishing agent for the padding, thermal setting, middle checking, cloth-mending, dewing, decating, tank steaming and product finishing. Silicone promoters are not used in the steps of the process. The invention has the advantages of good moisture absorbable and breathable function of the fabrics, wearing comfort, repeatedly washable property, and little using amount of moisture absorbable and breathable fibers, good handle of the fabric and touch style of wool type fabric.

The manufacturing method comprises the process steps of wool top recombing, primary silver mixing, secondary silver mixing, quartic gilling, triple roving, spun yarn, spooling, doubling, two-for-one twisting, reeling silk, checking and the like. In the invention, raw materials of the superfine wool are selected, and the reasonable yarn counts and the twist are determined at the same time. By adopting some special measures on the spinning process and optimizing the technological parameters, the excellent and low-consumption superfine wool yarn with the yarn counts of 120Nm/2, and the yarn levelness of less than 15 percent and anti-pilling of more than or equal to the third level is successfully manufactured; and the number of the cross-section fibers of the fine yarn is only 28, which is far lower than the limit of the number of 36 in the international standard. The invention not only provides a new yarn product with excellent quality and high cost performance, but also provides a beneficial spinning method for sufficiently utilizing and reasonably developing tight wool resources.
