Abstract

The invention provides an experiment device and method for researching the gas-explosion wall-face effects. The whole experiment device comprises a cylindrical anti-explosion container, a circular explosion pipe, a pressure testing system, a vibration acceleration testing system, a gas distributing system, an ignition system, a synchronous control system, a data collecting device and a stretchable moving support. Research in the wall-face effects on flammable gas explosion can be carried out, and the wall-face effects include the wall-face resistance effect, the wall-face reflection effect and the wall-face heat effect. According to the three wall-face effects, a spring-type resistance wall face, a reflecting metal anti-explosion plate and a pipe heater are respectively designed. As the wall-face effects in the pipe in the flammable-gas-explosion propagation process are developed, the explosion propagation rule of flammable gas can be revealed, combustion explosion accidents can be further prevented and controlled, and the reference is provided for engineering anti-explosion safety design.
