The first water circulation circuit is connected with a water inlet through a first switch valve. A temperature sensor for water temperature measurement and a water level sensor for water level measurement are arranged on the heat accumulation water tank. The controller controls starting and stopping of the water pump and controls on and off of the first switch valve according to received temperature and water level data and monitored operation conditions.
