The scale plate includes an angle scale plate, and a height scale plate arranged on the angle scale plate. The height scale plate is provided with an opening. The angle scale plate can rotate corresponding to the height scale plate, so that different scales on the angle scale plate are positioned in the opening of the height scale plate. An scale of a cursor of the laser on the height scale plate reflects a distance between the laser and the center position of the height scale plate; and an scale of the cursor on the angle scale plate reflects an included angle between the laser and the scale plate. The height and an inclined angle of the spray gun corresponding to the scale plate are adjusted through the position of the cursor of the laser on the scale plate. The spray gun adjusting device and an adjusting method can precisely adjust the position of the spray gun, and effectively improve the sand blasting precision and efficiency.
