Under the control of the controller, the fibre fluffer is connected with the fibre carding machine; the raw material of a fibreboard is fluffed by the fibre fluffer and then is transferred to the fibre carding machine; the raw material is subjected to web-type carding by the fibre carding machine; the fibre carding machine is connected to the web-lapping machine; the material which is subjected to web-type carding through the fibre carding machine is subjected to web-lapping through the web-lapping machine to obtain a fibreboard semi-product; and the fibreboard semi-product is subjected to heating melting and cooling sizing through the sizing box to obtain the moulded fibreboard. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, adhesion among multiple fibre layers is conveniently and rapidly realized through the whole production process of the fibreboard; the manufacture process is simple; the manufactured fibreboard is environment-friendly; and practical application requirements can be met.
