Abstract

The invention discloses a power network load prediction method with demand side resources being taken into consideration. The method comprises the following steps: determining load prediction range of a substation; determining at least one kind of power terminal user connected to each feeder line of the substation within the load prediction range; determining at least one kind of demand side resource included in each type of power terminal user connected to each feeder line; calculating maximum load of each feeder line under the function of all demand side resources and within the predication time period; and carrying out accumulation on the calculated maximum loads of the feeder lines of the substation within the load prediction range, and then, multiply the accumulation value by load coincidence factor within the load prediction range to obtain a regional maximum load of the substation under the function of all demand side resources, within the predication time period and within the load prediction range.
