Whether the arc is generated between the contacts of the switch is judged according to the voltage value between the contacts of the switch and the current value flowing through the switch; the switching power supply is controlled to stop working when the arc is judged to be generated between the contacts of the switch, and the current in the relay switch is reduced; and when the current is reduced to a certain extent, the arc can be extinguished.
