Provided are a car lamp system and a motor vehicle. The car lamp system comprises a lighting lamp, a protection lamp and a control module, wherein the lighting lamp is configured to emit lighting light rays; the projection lamp is configured to project received information to be projected onto a projection medium; and the control module is configured to provide the information to be projected and turn on and turn off the lighting lamp and the projection lamp.
