Abstract

The profiling equipment comprises a first mold, a pressing machine, a second mold and a forming mold core, wherein the first mold is arranged on one side of the container side plate, the pressing machine is used for applying pressing force to the first mold, the second mold is arranged on the other side of the container side plate, and the forming mold core is embedded in the second mold. In the profiling process, a height difference exists between the forming mold core and the second mold. The invention further discloses the profiling technique of the container side plate. The profiling technique of the container side plate comprises the steps that the pressing machine applies pressing force to the first mold, so that the container side plate to be profiled is pressed between the first mold and the second mold; and a propelling mechanism applies propelling force to the forming mold core, so that the forming mold core is made to move relative to the second mold till the upper surface of the forming mold core exceeds the upper surface of the second mold by a preset height, and a groove is pressed in the container side plate.
