Method for restoring intertidal sediments of petroleum pollution through combination of Spartina alterniflora and microbes

A technology of oil pollution and Spartina alterniflora, applied in the environmental field, can solve the problems of less research on coastal wetland pollution restoration projects, and the lack of a comprehensive system of oil-polluted intertidal zone sediments.

Problems solved by technology

[0005] Regarding the use of constructed wetlands to treat sewage, a lot of research has been done at home and abroad, but the main purpose is to build land-based constructed wetlands to purify nitrogen, phosphorus, heavy metals, etc. A large amount of industrial wastewater is injected into the coastal waters along with the city's rivers, and its environmental conditions are closely related to people's lives
At present, the research on remediation of oil-polluted intertidal sediments in coastal wetlands has not been comprehensive and systematic, and there is a long way to go

Embodiment Construction

[0024] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and through specific embodiments. The following embodiments are only descriptive, not restrictive, and cannot limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0025] The invention provides a microbial strain group for degrading oil-polluted intertidal zone sediments, which is composed of two microorganisms, one of which is named: JQ716236, with a preservation number of CGMCC No.11525, and a preservation date of October 21, 2015. The classification is named: arc The genus Vibrio sp. Deposit unit: General Microbiology Center of China Microbiological Culture Collection Management Committee, address: No. 3, No. 1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, another name is another name: JN999853, and the deposit number is CGMCC No. 11526, date of deposit on October 21, 2015, classification name: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, depository unit: General Microbiolo...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for restoring intertidal sediments of petroleum pollution through a combination of Spartina alterniflora and microbes. According to the method, Spartina alterniflora is planted on the intertidal sediments of petroleum pollution, and then the intertidal sediments of petroleum pollution are inoculated with microbes. One of the microbes is named as JQ716236 with an accession number of CGMCC No. 11525, while the other of the microbes is named as JN999853 with an accession number of CGMCC No. 11526. Experimental results in the invention prove that factors like plants and aboriginal bacteria in an artificial wetland system of Spartina alterniflora, dominant petroleum hydrocarbon degradation bacteria screened from a researched area, degradation time and wetland length exert restoration effect on the intertidal sediments of petroleum pollution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of environment, in particular to a method for jointly repairing oil-polluted intertidal zone sediments by Spartina alterniflora and microbiome. Background technique [0002] In the past, most of the research on the decontamination function of constructed wetlands was the nitrogen and phosphorus removal project of domestic sewage. The plants also selected landscape plants such as reeds, cattails and water onions to build constructed wetlands, which not only have the effect of environmental governance but also have landscape value. In practical applications, typical wetland plants or species that can adapt to the special environment of wetland systems are usually selected, such as mangrove (Mangrove), rush grass (Juncus effusus), and Spartina alterniflora Loisel (Spartina alterniflora Loisel). This paper selects Spartina alterniflora, which grows in the coastal area, is common for many years, has certain ornamental valu...
