Abstract

The invention provides a free conflux vortex impact monitoring system comprising a front-end signal acquisition subsystem and a signal preprocessing subsystem. According to the front-end signal acquisition subsystem, a free conflux vortex vibration detection experiment table acts as a detection object, and a vibration signal parallel acquisition channel is set for parallel acquisition of the real-time vibration signals of each target position of the detection object and transmission of the real-time vibration signals to the signal preprocessing subsystem. The signal preprocessing subsystem comprises a filtering and conditioning module, a comparative analysis module and a decoupling separation module. The filtering and conditioning module receives the real-time vibration signals acquired by the front-end signal acquisition subsystem and adopts the method of combination of median filtering and linear self-adaptive filtering. The comparative analysis module receives the real-time vibration signals processed by the filtering and conditioning module and performs comparative operation with a standard signal template so as to obtain the state confidence of the vibration signals. The decoupling separation module is used for acquiring the useful components of the conflux vortex impact vibration signals. Real-time and accurate acquisition of the free conflux vortex formation process impact vibration signals can be effectively realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of engineering fluid process detection and control, in particular to a vortex impact monitoring system facing free confluence. Background technique [0002] When fluid is poured from one container to another, the energy accumulated in the fluid, especially the circumferential kinetic energy, causes the liquid level to destabilize and form a confluence vortex. Relevant studies have proved that there is an energy shock in the process of fluid accumulation energy breaking through the liquid surface tension to form a vortex. The study of the mutation characteristics of the above vibration signal is of great significance for metallurgical control, water conservancy drainage, chemical extraction, food separation and other fields. [0003] Since the 1960s, relevant scholars and engineers at home and abroad have successively carried out research and technology development on vortex impact vibration. A.H.Shapiro and others fo...
