The method comprises following steps of predefining parameter variables of tree diagram mode architecture; deinfing a BACnet data protocol; integrating the tree diagram mode and machine device information into the protocol; associating the predefined parameter variables of the tree diagram mode architecture with the machine device information according to the protocol; integrating a local area network which constructs a data network system by taking a BACnet as a network terminal; receiving data messages; identifying by starting from the highest order of each data segment based on the data messages; and responding to a linkage mechanism based on identification results. According to the method and the system, huge data in a medical care system can be collected, transmitted and processed.
