The upper horizontal sealing roller and the lower horizontal sealing roller are each equipped with an electric heating wire inside. The tail ends of the upper horizontal sealing roller and the lower horizontal sealing roller are meshed for transmission through a gear. A bracket is connected below the lower horizontal sealing roller. The bracket is sequentially sleeved with a pressurizing spring, an adjusting sleeve and a locking nut from top to bottom. According to the invention, a continuous horizontal sealing device structure is adopted, two heat-sealing heads are evenly and symmetrically distributed on each horizontal sealing roller, the horizontal sealing rollers are heated by the electric heating wires, and constant temperature control is carried out automatically.
