Abstract

The invention provides a method for dynamically calculating power based on metering pulse of electric energy meter, comprising steps of defining time before a first pulse in a statistic time frame as prior-fragmented time and defining the time after a last pulse in a statistic time frame as post-fragmented time. Compared with the prior art, the method that only performs simple power conversion on metering pulse information can no longer adapt to an application situation where a load varying range is wide, and, particularly under a condition where the load is extremely high or extremely low, the calculation error can be big. As a result, the invention provides a method for dynamically calculating the power based on the metering pulse of the electric energy meter. The method of the invention makes load tendency judgment before calculating power, performs targeted selection on various algorithms to solve and calculate power and can better adapt to the application situation where the load varying range is wide.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention is applied to a client end of a demand collection system with dynamic demand response, and belongs to the technical field of smart grids. Background technique [0002] At present, the dynamic response time of the current electric energy demand adjustment in many domestic demand collection systems is generally agreed to be one beat every 15 minutes, and a simple power conversion is performed on the collected electricity in the last 15 minutes. The conversion method is based on the fact that the reciprocal of the product of the metering pulse interval length and the electric energy constant is the approximate instantaneous power within the duration, and then accumulates and calculates the average value. The conversion error is relatively large in the entire beat, especially when the demand is too high or too low. In some cases, because the pulse time interval is too short or the number of pulses is too small, it is difficult to guarantee th...
