The liquid storage bottle cap is of a multilayer structure and sequentially comprises a liquid storage bottle cap body, an insulating ring, a gas inlet annular cavity and a gas inlet adjusting ring from bottom to top, the liquid storage bottle cap body is also used as a first electrode ring, and the gas inlet annular cavity is also used as a second electrode ring.
