The invention discloses a testing device capable of continuously measuring resistance. The testing device comprises two conveying assemblies which are vertically arranged in a manner of facing each other. A first conveying assembly at the lower end comprises a first conveyor belt and a first conveying roller which drives the first conveyor belt. A second conveying assembly at the upper end comprises a second conveyor belt and a second conveying roller which drives the second conveyor belt. The surface of the first conveyor belt is provided with projections which are arranged separately. Two platforms which face each other are arranged between the adjacent projections. To-be-measured metal sheets which exceed the surface of the platform are embedded in the platform. Bosses are separately arranged on the surface of the second conveyor belt. Measuring metal sheets which exceed the surfaces of the bosses are embedded into two ends of the boss. The measuring metal sheets and the to-be-measured metal sheets are arranged in a manner of facing each other. The output end of each measuring metal sheet is connected with a resistance measurement module. The wiring ends at two ends of a to-be-measured resistor contact with the two to-be-measured metal sheets. The measuring metal sheets contact with the to-be-measured metal sheets. A resistance measuring module measures the resistance of the to-be-measured resistor, thereby realizing continuous measurement on the resistance.
