Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a space management method, a space management device and electronic equipment. The space management method comprises the following steps of: determining an increment of a space occupied by at least one application program within a preset time interval; according to the increment of the space occupied by the at least one application program and a space clearing historical record, determining at least one application program recommended for clearing from the above at least one application program; receiving a space clearing command which aims at the at least one application program recommended for clearing, and clearing the space occupied by the at least one application program recommended for clearing. By using the embodiment of the invention, storage spaces can be cleared according to space occupation situations and historical clearing situations of various application programs so that the space clearing is flexible and pertinent.
