The transmitting end inserts an information unit unrelated to a transmission protocol in a beacon frame, embeds data under communication in the information unit, then starts the beacon frame for transmission and periodically broadcasts the beacon frame in the current channel. The receiving end works in a monitoring mode, periodically switches within the range of the working channels, captures the beacon frame in the current channel and extracts corresponding data so that data communication is realized.
