Problems solved by technology

However, this method has disadvantages such as low drug loading and uneven drug application; at the same time, the microcrystalline cellulose in the composition is easy to absorb moisture during storage, which promotes drug leakage and leads to poor stability of the preparation
[0005] Existing patents provide a new dosage form to improve the dispersibility of the toi toi extract, which improves the in vitro dissolution behavior to a certain extent, but does not fundamentally solve the problem of the solubility of the extract

Embodiment 1

[0036] The composition of the prescription is as follows:

[0037] Element Weight (g) Toi Dai flower extract (neohesperidin, naringin ≥ 50%) 5 Oleic acid 3 RH40 polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil 2 Absolute ethanol 25 Deionized water 65.5 Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 1.5

[0038] A total of 100g (toi toi flower extract content 5%)

[0039] Preparation Process:

[0040] Each component was weighed, and RH40 polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil and oleic acid were mixed uniformly at 40°C. Dissolve the toi toi flower extract in absolute ethanol, add it to the oil phase, heat to 40°C until completely dissolved, and mix well. Stir the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and deionized water evenly, mix the oil phase and the water phase at 35°C, and ultrasonicate for 5 minutes to form a clear primary microemulsion of the flower extract. The colostrum was homogenized under high pressure twice under the pressure of 500 bar to o...

Embodiment 2

[0042] The composition of the prescription is as follows:

[0043] Element Weight (g) Toi Dai flower extract (neohesperidin, naringin ≥ 50%) 10 Isopropyl myristate 5 Tween 80 2 polyethylene glycol 400 15 Deionized water 67.5 Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5

[0044] 100g in total (10% of toi toi flower extract)

[0045] Each component was weighed, and Tween 80 and isopropyl myristate were mixed uniformly at 35°C. Dissolve the toi toi flower extract in polyethylene glycol 400, mix with the oil phase, heat to 45°C until completely dissolved, and mix well. Stir the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and deionized water evenly, mix the oil phase and the water phase at 45°C, and shear at high speed for 3 minutes to form a clear primary microemulsion of toi dai flower extract. The colostrum was homogenized under high pressure for 3 times under the pressure of 800 bar to obtain the microemulsion of the toi dai flower extract.

Embodiment 3

[0047] The composition of the prescription is as follows:

[0048] Element Weight (g) Toi Dai flower extract (neohesperidin, naringin ≥ 50%) 2 Isopropyl myristate 5 RH40 polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil 3 polyethylene glycol 400 5 Deionized water 84 carbomer 1

[0049] A total of 100g (toi toi flower extract content 2%)

[0050]Each component was weighed, and RH40 polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil and isopropyl myristate were uniformly mixed at 50°C. Dissolve the toi toi flower extract in polyethylene glycol 400, mix with the oil phase, heat to 50°C until completely dissolved, and mix well. Mix the carbomer with deionized water, mix the oil phase with the water phase at 50°C, and ultrasonically emulsify for 8 minutes to form a clear primary microemulsion of the flower extract. Put the colostrum microemulsion into a high-pressure homogenizer, homogenize twice at 1200 bar, and obtain the microemulsion of the tort...

Abstract

The invention discloses a dai-dai flower extract microemulsion preparation. On the basis of a formula dosage of 100 g, the dai-dai flower extract microemulsion preparation comprises 2 to 20% of dai-dai flower extract, 2 to 15% of an emulsifier, 2 to 10% of a co-emulsifier, 5 to 10% of an oil phase, 0.5 to 1% of a stabilizing agent and 44 to 88.5% of deionized water. The above-mentioned components are mixed, heated, emulsified and homogenized at a high pressure so as to obtain a clear microemulsion solution with a brown-yellow to pale-yellow color. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the dai-dai flower extract microemulsion preparation. The preparation method comprises the following concrete steps: (1) weighing the dai-dai flower extract, the emulsifier, the co-emulsifier, the oil phase and deionized water in proportion; (2) preparing another oil phase; (3) preparing a water phase; (4) preparing primary microemulsion; and (5) preparing final microemulsion. The dai-dai flower extract microemulsion preparation has the characteristics of long-stem storability at room temperature, stable process, usage of simple equipment and controllable cost. Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a liquid dosage form of the dai-dai flower extract, and the liquid dosage form enables the dai-dai flower extract to be conveniently added into medicines, food, health products and cosmetics.

Description

technical field [0001] The technical field of medicine of the present invention specifically relates to a microemulsion preparation of toi toi flower extract and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Toi Dai (daidai) is a subgenus of citrus in Rutaceae. Toi Dai flower belongs to the homologous plant of medicine and food announced by the Ministry of Health, which can be added to medicines, health food, general food and cosmetics. Daidaihua is sweet in taste, bitter in taste, flat in nature, and has the effect of soothing the liver and regulating qi. Traditional Chinese medicine is used to treat symptoms such as indigestion, phlegm retention, fullness and pain in the chest and abdomen. [0003] The main components of the toi dai flower extract are neohesperidin and naringin (neohesperidin and naringin content ≥ 50%), which belong to flavonoids. Pharmacological experiments have proved that the toi toi flower extract has anti-oxidation function, has a good...
