Abstract

A first laser sensor, a motor, a camera, a second laser sensor, a third laser sensor, a servo mechanism and a combined pneumatic probe are all electrically connected with a controller; and outer ends of two bottom plates are connected with telescopic shafts respectively. According to the automatic detection and sorting robot for the elevator guide rail, the first laser sensor scans the rear end surface of a to-be-detected guide rail, the second laser sensor scans the lower end surface of the to-be-detected guide rail, a third laser sensor scans the upper end surface of the to-be-detected guide rail, the bottom plate moves horizontally under driving of the telescopic shaft, and thus, the scanning is more thorough, the measurement is more accurate, the combined pneumatic probe and a micrometer sensor on the servo mechanism detect mortise and tenons at two horizontal ends of the to-be-detected guide rail, overall machine sorting is realized, manual measurement is not needed, and the measurement is more accurate.
