Abstract

The invention relates to a debugging station for main control board of actuator in relation to the technical field of an actuator and the debugging station comprises a current outputting circuit for simulating a given current of a central control room, a switch quantity control circuit for simulating the switch quantity signal of the central control room, a motor control circuit and a position acquisition circuit for an analog actuator, an analog given signal breaking circuit for simulating an upper limit position, a lower limit position, switch quantity and simulated quality switching, and an ATMEGA168 CPU. The switch quantity control circuit and the motor control circuit and the position acquisition circuit are arranged inside the debugging station. The switch quantity control circuit and the position acquisition circuit are electrically connected to the main control board of the actuator. According to the invention, a given signal or a switch quantity signal is inputted to the main control board. The main control board controls the motor to act after the signal is collected and to determine the position through a potentiometer. This makes it easy to debug various functions of a main control board, simulate various actions of the actuator, and improve the operating efficiency of the operator.
