Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the drawings.

[0023] The present invention provides an acupoint electrical stimulation device and acupoint electrical stimulation method for auxiliary analgesia that combine modern electronic technology with the acupuncture theory of Chinese medicine for non-treatment purposes. A large number of experiments have proved that the following electrical stimulation frequency and wave width combination methods have a good effect on analgesia, (1) the frequency is 1-50 Hz, and the wave width is 50 μs; (2) the frequency is 51 to 80 Hz, and the wave width is 100 μs; (3) The frequency is 81~100Hz, and the wave width is 200μs; (4) The frequency is 101~120Hz, and the wave width is 300μs. The current is 0.1-50mA, and the voltage is 0.1-4V. The above-mentioned method has been proved to improve the analgesic effect of acupoint electrical stimulation in rats, which is better than other similar instruments on the m...

Abstract

The invention discloses an electrical acupuncture point stimulation method and a stimulation device based on a continuous wave. According to the method, a pulse current, which is 1-50Hz in frequency and 50 [mu]s in wave width, or 51-80Hz in frequency and 100 [mu]s in wave width, or 81-100Hz in frequency and 200 [mu]s in wave width, or 101-120Hz in frequency and 300 [mu]s in wave width, is outputted, so that adjuvant analgesia is achieved. The device implementing the method comprises a pulse generator and an electrode. The stimulation method and the stimulation device disclosed by the invention can significantly improve the secretion of endogenous [beta]-endorphin in central nervous system, inhibit the generation of such pro-inflammatory cytokines as peripheral TNF-[alpha] and bring about benefits for relieving various acute and chronic pains, inflammatory pains, neuropathic pains and various mixed pains in patients; therefore, an intelligent operation is provided for the patients to relieve the pains by virtue of the instrument (the stimulation device), and the life quality of the patients with the pains is improved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a device and method for analgesia, in particular to a method and device for electrical stimulation of acupoints based on continuous waves. Background technique [0002] Pain is a complex subjective sensation caused by noxious stimuli. It is like a "double-edged sword". On the one hand, it can provide an alarm signal when the body is threatened, and protect the organization from behavior and reflex defenses. Injury is an indispensable protective function of the body; on the other hand, severe or long-term pain can cause physical dysfunction and psychological discomfort, which is a major clinical problem. With the deepening of pain research, drugs for treating pain are emerging. However, the mechanism of pain has not been fully elucidated. Drugs developed for a single pain pathogenesis can only solve some of the problems. Moreover, the drugs are expensive and have serious problems. The side effects, long-term use of painkille...
