Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat treatment device (1) which can stably perform heat treatment by appropriately performing burnout. Inside of the heat treatment device (1), a heater chamber (7) which has a heater (13) and a heat treatment chamber (6) for thermally treating and vacuum carburizing an object to be treated (W) are arranged adjacently to one another, and a muffle plate (5) partitions between the heater chamber (7) and the heat treatment chamber (6). In the heater chamber (7) and the heat treatment chamber (6), gas inlets (19, 20) are provided which introduce burnout gas independently from one another.
