Abstract

A welding rod tank is connected to the upper left portion of the supporting base. Welding rods are placed in the welding rod tank. A pole capture is arranged on the right side of a supporting arm. The manipulator claw is arranged inside a welding mechanism, and the friction pad is connected to the inner side of the manipulator claw. A welding platform is arranged below the welding mechanism. A push plate is arranged above the welding platform, and a conveying belt pulley is installed on the right side of the welding platform. The omnibearing welding robot is creatively designed by combining with an existing widely applied welding robot, and the creative design is achieved on the basis of original working principles; and by arranging the rotatable supporting arm and the welding rod tank, the welding mechanism can automatically rotate onto the welding rod tank, and replacement of the welding rods is achieved through the manipulator claw.
