Abstract

An apparatus for controlling a cooling fan speed includes a cooling fan motor operating a cooling fan. A pump is connected to the cooling fan motor in series. A relay has one side connected to the cooling fan motor or the pump and another side connected a battery so that power of the battery may be supplied to any one of the cooling fan motor or the pump. A method for controlling the cooling fan speed is also disclosed.
