The method comprises a step of preprocessing the BPMN2.0 layout model, ensuring a condition that parallel shunt gateways are used at all places which are directly diverted by a layout task in the layout model and selection convergence gateways are used by all places which are directly converged to the layout task, a step of classifying all shunt gateways and convergence gateways, and determining a source point and a sink point, a step of matching the gateways in the source point and the sink point one by one, and calculating the maximum flow value between the source point and the sink point, and a step of judging and positioning the unreliable structure in the BPMN2.0 layout model according to the maximum flow value. The device comprises a model preprocessing module, a source point and sink point detection module, a maximum flow value calculation module, and an unreliable structure positioning module.
