Abstract

The multistage automatic detection device comprises a rack, an upper computer control system, a feeding mechanism, a pushing mechanism, a first station, a second station and a sorting and discharging mechanism. The second station comprises a coaxial annular light source, a plurality of industrial cameras used for collecting image information and connecting pieces. The industrial cameras are evenly arranged in the circumferential direction of the coaxial annular light source and fixed to the rack through connecting blocks and collect circumferential surface images of the gas spring rods. The sorting and discharging mechanism comprises a qualified product discharging zone, an inferior-quality product discharging zone for gas spring rod workpieces and a sorting device. The sorting device is connected with the upper computer control system; and according to detection results, the gas spring rod workpieces output by the first station and/or the second station are pushed into the inferior-quality product discharging zone or the qualified product discharging zone.
