A needle bed supply station is adopted for inserting a needle bed into a positioning hole of a carrier so as to position the needle bed; a syringe needle is inserted into the needle bed positioned on the carrier through a thrusting needle station; a blood blocking sleeve supply station is used for placing the blood blocking sleeve into a needle bed with the inserted syringe needle; a blood blocking sleeve installation station is applied to pushing the blood blocking sleeve placed into the needle bed into the needle bed so as to assemble the blood blocking sleeve in place. According to the blood sampling needle assembling method, the needle bed supply station, the thrusting needle station, the blood blocking sleeve supply station and the blood blocking sleeve installation station are adopted to automatically complete working procedures; during assembling of the blood blocking sleeve, firstly, the blood blocking sleeve is placed into the needle bed through the blood blocking sleeve supply station, and then the blood blocking sleeve is pushed into the needle bed through the blood blocking sleeve installation station so as to assemble the blood blocking sleeve in place, so that full-automatic assembling of the blood sampling needle is achieved, the assembling efficiency is improved, and the probability of secondary pollution is decreased.
