Abstract

The invention discloses an SAR moving target detection method based on a self-adaption matched filtering response. Problems of difficulty in detecting a target moving slowly on the ground and instable detection performance in the prior art are mainly solved. The achievement of the SAR moving target detection method comprises following steps of: (1) generating a data vector; (2) carrying out amplitude detection of each pixel point to obtain a potential target; (3) estimating a radial speed value of each potential target; (4) estimating an energy loss value of each potential target; (5) determining a detection threshold value of the energy loss quantity; (6) removing a false alarm; and (7) determining a detection result and taking a moving target as a final detection result. Compared with the prior art, robustness of detection on a moving target on the ground by a synthetic aperture radar is improved and the accuracy of the detection on a moving target on the ground by the synthetic aperture radar is increased.
