Abstract

The invention provides a design method of a 10kV switch. The design method comprises the steps of: calculating the number of thyristor units, selecting and connecting static voltage-sharing resistors, dynamic voltage-sharing capacitors and dynamic voltage-sharing resistors which are required for forming the thyristor units, selectively connecting a first isolation knife switch, a thyristor valve and a second isolation knife switch, connecting the first isolation knife switch with a bus, and connecting the second isolation knife switch with a grounding power supply. The design method provided by the invention is simple, effective and reliable; the high-voltage switch is re-optimized and redesigned at the source of equipment, the designed 10kV all-electronic type solid-state switch is fast in opening and closing speed, no-arc, light-free and soundless in action, replaces a traditional mechanical circuit breaker, avoids the defects of slow action speed, short mechanical life, high noise and the like, can fully realize the more rapid and flexible on-site commissioning of the switch in a transformer substation, ensures the normal operation of the transformer substation and improves the operating efficiency of the transformer substation.
