A first gas outlet is arranged on the top of the reaction box body and is connected to a purifying tank through a guide pipe. The lower part of the purifying tank is a clean water layer, above which a filtering layer is arranged. A filter layer bracket is disposed between the clean water layer and the filtering layer.
