In the knitting preparation stage, by using the negative-curvature part in the cross section of the fabricated part as the reference according to the equivalent side length process, the negative-curvature side is equivalent to the positive-curvature side; and the equivalent cross-section shape is utilized to design the combined mandrel. The appropriate knitting angle and knitted texture are selected according to the fabricated part shape requirement, and then are knitted. The method is simple and feasible, and enhances the quality of the fabricated part. More importantly, the method disclosed by the invention solves the problems of difficulty in forming the negative-curvature irregular-section prefabricated part and low mechanical automation degree in the production process, enhances the production efficiency, and is suitable for industrialized popularization.
