The method comprises the steps that a geological sample of the weakly consolidated formation is acquired; the moisture content, the density, the sand grain size and the void ratio of the weakly consolidated formation are determined according to the geological sample; the grain size of a consolidation material and well cementation construction parameters are determined according to the void ratio and the sand grain size; well cementation is conducted on the weakly consolidated formation according to the grain size of the consolidation material and the well cementation construction parameters. According to the method, a well cementation process technology is combined with a grouting consolidation technology, the preferred consolidation material is added into prepad fluid, the prepad fluid added with the consolidation material penetrates into the weakly consolidation formation through a certain pressure difference to enable a structure system with the certain strength to be formed in the portion, near a shaft, of the weakly consolidated formation, then cementing consolidation is conducted on the shaft, a layer of shell of which the strength is gradually varied is formed around a cement sheath to achieve a support effect on the cement sheath, and therefore the well cementation quality problem of the weakly consolidated formation is fundamentally solved.
