The invention discloses a sectioned well cementation technology for deep trona drilling and mining. The sectioned well cementation technology comprises the following steps that firstly, a whole wellbore is sectioned, and a formation packer and a grading hoop are mounted on a well cementation sleeve in a series-connection mode; then the lower sleeve well section is sealed and reinforced by adoptinga positive circulation method, a rubber plug of the formation packer is opened firstly, thus the rubber plug and the well wall are sealed, a cement down channel is cut off, then the grading hoop is opened, and first-stage cementing well cementation operation is started; after cement slurry is injected, the grading hoop is closed; after the cement slurry is initially solidified, second-stage cementing well cementation operation is conducted on the upper well section; and after cement is solidified, the rubber plug is drilled, a center pipe is lowered in, and well completion is achieved. A whole well is divided into the two parts according to geologic conditions and downhole conditions, the problems that in the previous first-time well cementation process, the pressure intensity is high, astratum is prone to being pressed to leak, or up-hole of an upper cement slurry face of a leakage layer is not high are solved, the well completion quality is greatly improved, and the service life ofthe production well is prolonged.
