Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a method for manufacturing a clamping component for VR (Virtual Reality) equipment which is used for solving the problem in the prior art that a clamping component is easily broken or damaged during the use process of a user. The technical scheme of the method for manufacturing the clamping component for the VR equipment is characterized by comprising the steps that S1, metal powder is subjected to injection moulding, so that a metal layer with a preset shape is obtained; and S2, the metal layer is arranged in an injection mould to be integrated with silica gel through injection moulding, so that the clamping component is obtained. The following steps are further arranged between S1 and S2: S3, the metal layer is degreased so that a bonder in the metal layer is removed; S4, the degreased metal layer is sintered at a vacuum state; S5, the sintered metal layer is naturally cooled to preset cooling temperature and then is forcedly cooled; and S6, the cooled metal layer is reprocessed.
