The suspension vibration damping system also comprises an axle holding mechanism. The axle holding mechanism comprises a lifting connection plate, a cross bar of which one end is connected with one end of the lifting connection plate, multiple safety hooks arranged on the cross bar in the axial direction of the cross bar, a lifting bolt hole formed in the upper part of the lifting connection plate and matched with a fixing hole in the centre sill component, and a lifting bolt, and the other end of the cross bar penetrates through the centre sill component.
