Benefits of technology

This new method uses specific media that specifically targets certain types of bacteria called Caprolimus spiroformans (CSP). These cells are found naturally on crop plants or wild animals where they cause diseases such as swelling from gastrointestinal symptoms caused by ingested food containing these germs. By selecting this special type of culture media quickly and accurately, researchers may study how different strains of CSP interact differently when infected individuals come into contact with them. They could then use it to creating an effective immunization against other disease-causing microorganisms like Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) without causing any harmful side effect(such as inflammations or even deteriorated healthy tissues.).

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to finding ways to prevent or treat geckos-infected pulmonitis (GIP) without causing damage on their young animals during outbreaks.

Abstract

The invention relates to a selective separation medium for caprine mycoplasmal pneumonia subspecies and a preparation method of the selective separation medium, and belongs to the technical field of veterinary biology. The selective separation medium is prepared from components as follows: lactoalbumin hydrolysate, yeast extract powder, glucose, an MEM medium, a PPLO (pleuropneumonia-like organism) gravy powder, sodium pyruvate, a 1% phenol red solution, specific growth inhibition serum and deionized water. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: the lactoalbumin hydrolysate, the yeast extract powder, glucose, the MEM medium, the PPLO gravy powder, sodium pyruvate and the 1% phenol red solution are weighed in proportion and dissolved in the deionized water. Before use, healthy horse serum and the specific growth inhibition serum are added. The selective separation medium for the caprine mycoplasmal pneumonia subspecies is used for clinically separating and cultivating the caprine mycoplasmal pneumonia subspecies, increases the growth speed of mycoplasma in a separation process and increases the separation rate of the caprine mycoplasmal pneumonia subspecies, and the separation rate is 80% or higher.
