The lane card reader in the desktop unit is equipped with the PSAM safety authentication module; valid path identification information, coordinate fitting information and the like are stored in a database of the service sub-system; therefore, validity judgement of a vehicular unit is realized; validity judgement of a path identifier in the vehicular unit is realized; effective judgement of the path identifier in the vehicular unit is realized; and the safety of the system is improved through a series of safety interaction rules with other equipment in the system.
