Abstract

A bar-shaped penetrating knife edge is formed in the upper part of the wire carrying device and a circular penetrating hole is formed in the middle part of the wire carrying device along the direction of the blade; the upper side of the circular hole is communicated with the knife edge; and the head of the blade cuts into an insulated conductor placed in the circular hole through the knife edge. The operator controls the cutting depth of the knife head with the proper down force; the outer skin of the conductor rips straightly and uniformly by pulling the insulated conductor forwardly; and then the outer skin is peeled while the conductor is drawn out of the wire carrying device.
