The stepping motor provides driving power to the information acquiring module; a signal of the information acquiring module is transmitted to the information storage module; the vehicle-mounted module receives signals of the information acquiring module, the information storage module, the stepping motor and the human-machine interaction module; the vehicle-mounted processing module outputs an executing module to the stepping motor, and transmits an image processing result to the human-machine interaction module. By the use of the information acquiring module and the stepping motor, a 3D image is formed for a barrier; and an audile alarm is provided before a danger distance, so crash resistance and alarming can be achieved for a vehicle.
