The thermo-chemical adsorption heat pipe device comprises a heat pipe main body (comprising an evaporating section, a condensing section and a heat-insulating section), a mass transfer channel, a liquid transfer channel, a hot source, a cold source, an evaporating section outer sleeve, a condensing section outer sleeve and a heat-insulating section charging pipeline, wherein the mass transfer channel and the liquid transfer channel are separately arranged on the center and the inner wall surface of the evaporating section of the heat pipe, and are used for providing flowing channels for gas-state adsorbate and liquid-state adsorbate; the hot source and the cold source are separately used for providing heating fluid or cooling fluid with certain temperature; the evaporating section outer sleeve and the condensing section outer sleeve separately form flowing heat exchange spaces with the outer wall surface of the evaporating section and the outer wall surface of the condensing section; the heat-insulating section charging pipeline is used for vacuum-pumping and charging an adsorbate working medium; the heating fluid enters the evaporating section outer sleeve through a second outlet and inlet, and flows back into the hot source after carrying out heat exchange with an adsorbent; and cooling fluid enters the condensing section outer sleeve through a first outlet and inlet pipeline, and flows back into the cold source after carrying out heat exchange with the adsorbate.
