The method comprises steps of: monitoring an approval event of the approval flow, and determining a to-be-processed approval node triggering the approval event; acquiring an approval result of the to-be-processed approval node; determining the inferior node of the to-be-processed node according to the approval rule based on an approval rule set in the approval flow; according to the approval type of the inferior node, determining an approver for the inferior node and pushing an approval task corresponding to the inferior node to the determined approver; and updating approval states of the approval flow. According to the invention, the states of the approval flow are dynamically changed along with the approval process; operation conditions of the approval flow are timely reflected; priorities can be set for multiple persons when the approval node are approved by multiple persons; an approver who will timely process the approval node most possibly is reminded; and approval work of the approvers is balanced, so processing speed of the approval node is increased.
