Problems solved by technology

[0004] At present, the existing leaky cable is used in the field of communication, which has small coupling loss and low radiation energy. When it is directly applied to the UHF Internet of Things system, its effective reading distance for passive RFID tags can only reach a few centimeters, which cannot meet Normal working environment needs

specific Embodiment

[0035] In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0036] refer to image 3 , the present invention proposes a structural diagram of embodiment 1 of a leaky coaxial cable with high coupling loss, which specifically includes an inner conductor 1, a dielectric layer 2, an outer conductor 3, an insulating protective layer 4, and a continuous gap 5 in the center of the outer conductor and two Side periodic slots6.

[0037] This structure is a periodic structure, designed as a UHF IoT RFID antenna, so the working center frequency is 915MHz. According to the formula:

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel leaky cable for an Internet of things application. The novel leaky cable comprises an inner conductor, a dielectric layer, an outer conductor, an insulating protective layer which are orderly arranged from an inner layer to an outer layer. The outer conductor is provided with continuous slots along an axial direction, and two sides of the continuous slots are provided with periodic slots. The continuous slots are wavy bend slots or straight line type slots, and the periodic slots at two sides of the continuous slots are mutually staggered. The periodic slots are single triangular slots or combined slots of multiple triangular slots, and the periodic slots are L-shaped or U-shaped slots. The novel leaky cable is suitable for an Internet of things RFID sensing application and has high coupling loss. As an ultra-high frequency (UHF) networking antenna, the high coupling loss leaky coaxial cable has the advantages that large radiation energy can be provided, and thus a label is remotely activated to achieve the purpose of reading.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a leaky coaxial cable, in particular to a novel leaky cable oriented to the application of the Internet of Things. Background technique [0002] In recent years, some new and urgent application requirements have emerged in the field of IoT RFID and sensing applications. These requirements are manifested in two aspects: 1) It is required that the ultra-high frequency (UHF) Internet of Things antenna can cover and only cover a designated area; 2) It is required to integrate passive UHF RFID tags with passive sensors to form a passive RFID / Sensor, to realize the reading of objects in a specific area and the perception of object environmental information. When this area is a long and narrow area, such as the items on the first floor of the long row of storage shelves and the monitoring of temperature and humidity, the management of products on an assembly line in industrial production, and the signs and temperature of each plant ...
