A CQI acquiring method and a CQI acquiring device are provided. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the current moving speed of a mobile terminal; when the moving speed is lower than a preset speed, calculating the mean mutual information corresponding to multiple consecutive sub-frames before a current sub-frame; acquiring the change trend of the mean mutual information corresponding to the multiple consecutive sub-frames before the current sub-frame, and correcting the mean mutual information corresponding to the current sub-frame according to the preset corresponding relationship between change trend and corrected value to get corrected mean mutual information; and acquiring a CQI corresponding to the corrected mean mutual information, and sending the CQI to a network side.
