Apparatus, system and method for handling simultaneous calls on a Multiple Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) Multiple Active (MSMA) device having at least a first SIM associated with a first transceiver and a second transceiver associated with the MSMA device Associated second SIM. A processor of the MSMA device may establish a first SIM call using the first transceiver (910), and, while the first SIM call is active, establish a second SIM call using the second transceiver (940). The processor may also use the third transceiver to establish a direct wireless link with the second mobile communication device (905).
